Sofya Lebedeva

Sofya is a DPhil candidate in Clinical Medicine at the University of Oxford, focusing on biosecurity and pandemic risk mitigation. With a background in immunology and global health, she has worked at Stanford, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, and Catena Biosciences. Sofya also helped launch a non-profit addressing antimicrobial resistance and is passionate about integrating science with wellness and creativity. She combines her expertise in science with a global perspective, having lived and worked across Russia, the US, and the UK
